Built in 1963, the corner building consists of a total of 27 residential units spread over the first floor and seven upper floors, all of which are connected to the elevator. Heating is provided by central heating. All apartments have balconies and classically functional floor plans. A modern penthouse has been built on the roof and fresh water and sewage pipes have been gradually renewed during bathroom renovations in the building. The property was divided into condominiums in 2002 and is in very good condition with no maintenance backlog. Necessary work on the building is diligently pursued by the owners’ association together with the property management. The repainting of the stairwell in 2023 was the last major measure to be carried out.
